Today's #ThrowbackThursday honors Cpt Richard Annand VC, an OP (25-32) who was awarded the first Victoria Cross of WWII for his heroic act of rescuing a fellow soldier in a wheelbarrow under fire. Let us never forget his bravery and heroism.

Today's #ThrowbackThursday is from exactly 10 years ago today when hundreds of OPs celebrated the finale of the School's Quincentenary year, with a service at St Paul's Cathedral, followed by a beautiful dinner at the Haberdashers' Hall 🌟

This week is the #bigschoolbirdwatch, so today's #throwbackthursday looks at the school's 1970s Natural History Club 'SCENE'. Started in 1973 by Robert Peel, the Society took a bird watching trip to Orkney in 1977- if you remember it, do let us know!

This Tuesday our soloists performed a wonderful concert in the Music Hall, so for #throwbackthursday this week, we thought we'd look back at the beautiful musical tradition of the school, with these pictures spanning 1954-2014. Do let us know if anyone remembers these photos!
