The Cratur Batch 2 by Baoilleach Distillery has just gone Live. After I infamously bought all the remaining stock of Batch 1 from Michael's after falling in love earlier this year. I've been counting down the days until this day and looking forward to trying it tomorrow at Poitín Now
This is a sad day but we cannot expect anyone to pour their heart into distilling such fine liquid when we’re not pouring it into our glasses. I for one will miss Baoilleach Distillery Poitín releases. Beat of luck Michael and there’s always your whiskey to look forward to.
