Sir Ranulph Fiennes takes to the stage to deliver the first presentation of the Police Strategy Forum! Described as the world’s greatest living explorer, Sir Ranulph delivers an inspirational leadership speech focusing in on teamwork, goal setting, determination and self-belief.

Day 1 of the Police Strategy Forum kicks off with opening keynote from Matthew Barber, PCC for @ThamesVPolice. Matthew discusses how his team are improving public confidence in policing through bettering contact management and taking a proactive approach to preventing crime.

John Faux, Director of ICT for Hampshire Police and @ThamesVPolice shares how experience level agreements put the customer at the center of service performance by measuring the quality of interaction users have with your service instead of focusing on the performance of technology.

The forum ends with keynote from Catherine Janson, IT Director and Annette Finsveen, Deputy Director General for Norwegian Police IT Unit as they discuss product orientation as a new approach centered around creating value at a high rate with technology as a means of action.
