As part of the lecture cycle of the Académie royale de Belgique, our PI Jérémy Dodeigne will give a lecture 15 May 2024 about "Tansformation of democratic regimes in Europe: from political adversaries to political enemies?" (French). Registration is free but mandatory: academieroyale.be/fr/le-college-…

Lately Jérémy Dodeigne & David Talukder had a great time identifying the Belgian political shows from the 1960s-1980s in the state archives📜. The sampling criteria are now validated, but the hard work hardly begins: collecting the audio-visual archives, starting this week 🎥🎞️

Our team will certainly be applying ! What about you? Thanks to efforts from Nelson Santos David Talukder Jérémy Dodeigne, we can present first results on parliamentary debates in 12 countries. Data collection for TV archives since 1960s also started (Spain, BE and soon UK).
