Great day at Utah State Track and Field Championships at BYU. I took 4th Place in the 100M (10.83 Lane 3) I took 5th place in the 200M (22.18) Running anchor for my 4X100 relay team which took 1st place in State!

Us Jags had a killer workout in the weight room this morning....looking forward to our first night practice of football camp! 12 miles!
