During yesterday’s Governing Board meeting, Bartlett Middle School Principal Trent Matthiesen recognized Lisa Stone and Nayeli Colunga for their contributions to the site. Stone is retiring after 39 years with the district, with the last 15 years as the school's librarian.

Thursday, May 23 – Strathmore High – 4:30 p.m. in the gymnasium. Physical forms will be available on site. The cost will be $10 (cash), paid to the doctor/physician’s assistant. (2/3)

During yesterday's Porterville Education Foundation Academic Awards, $2,000 scholarships were given to three students: Gloribel Mendoza (Porterville High), Madelyn Kelly (Harmony Magnet Academy), and Lizbeth Ramirez Ramos (Harmony Magnet Academy.
