Excellent effort completing some clearance work in the park this week. Volunteers found tennis balls, footballs and an inflatable ball hidden within! A great effort from all involved!!

It was good to meet up with our Innovate Trust Porthkerry Park Project Group today. People may not be aware of the work that they do here at Porthkerry and elsewhere in the Vale for Restore the Thaw Landscape They also make time for wildlife watching.

This week our fabulous volunteers celebrated the last session of the year with some festive themed snacks whilst learning about using nature apps to help us identify birds and plants when we're out and about in the park. Followed by some well deserved pizza !
