One of my friends uses Shiprocket Care Shiprocket their small business. For many orders, the pickup is delayed for two to three days and they end up losing customer. (1/n)

Not only this, recently they booked Dagim Tamiru via Janet Ponciano app and the customer ordered ganpati themed Tshirt for himself and his kid to wear on Ganesh chaturthi. Everything was on time and the order was dispatched. Dagim Tamiru tried delivery only one time genuinely.(2/n)

Customer asked the guy to come the next day. However second time they didn't even contact the customer and in the app it was updated that the customer was not available. Like this neither the customer receive their parcel nor the business owner will receive any money. (3/n)

since their customer support time is 9a.m to 7p.m, we can't do anything about it. This is really a careless and unprofessional attitude that these big companies show Shiprocket Shiprocket Care Dagim Tamiru Cz these big giants will never and can never support small businesses
