Providers find it difficult not to treat once they have a positive U/A or UCx, independent of whether it was appropriate to test and when they know the evidence doesnāt show a benefit in treating asymptomatic bacteriuria. Goal needs to be reducing testing. academic.oup.com/ofid/advance-aā¦
