Not sure how any Christian can hold to cessationism or continuationism entirely. Any evidence based notion that perhaps some gifts may have ceased and some, even one may have continued, puts one in a type of half full/half empty position, rendering either classification useless.

If one accepts the belief that God heals and is sovereign but denies that healing can be agency based, affirming that only non-agency healing occurs today, one is in effect arguing against the SOG while contradictorally making the very idea the core of it's systematic theology.
