TRAVEL BALL COACHES: PLEASE STOP PINCH RUNNING FOR PITCHERS/CATCHERS. If they are going to hit in college they have to learn to run bases. I cannot put someone in my lineup that does not know softball IQ running bases. They learn by doing it! Keep them in!

Wish more kids were doing this type of work, learning how to properly throw and how to lift rather than playing every weekend of the year
