Premium PCR seq is a life-saver if you do bisulfite PCR to study DNA methylation. Instead of TA-cloning, picking clones, extracting plasmids, and Sanger seq, just purify the PCR product and sequence it directly. You will need to know how to process FASTQ data though.

Quickly I prepared 21 tubes to send off to Primordium, taking advantage of their new Zero-Prep process where you just send in cells and they do the rest, for $20/colony. I patched a plate to back up the cells and eagerly awaited sequencing results. 24/n

Bonus prize on an exceedingly difficult construct building project: spontaneous IS1 insertion in to my scaled-up maxiprep that nuked half my payload. ... and this, kids, is why we use Primordium whole plasmid sequencing as quick QC checks.
