"Just being surrounded by bountiful nature, rejuvenates and inspires us." A new study found that a 60-minute walk in nature decreases activity in brain regions involved in stress processing. On this #MindfulMonday, experiencing a daily dose of nature can improve your mood.

🍃#MindfulMonday🍃 February is about honoring the love within! Enjoy a mental break focusing on you. List 3 things you love about yourself, take an affirmation walk, begin an 1hr digital detox, or create a mood-boosting playlist. Remember to breathe in positivity, exhale doubt.

Not having children doesn’t make you an inferior woman. “Witch who cooks magical pasta” is a valid life path. “Part-time queen of the underworld” is a valid life path. “Sword lady who hangs out in ponds” is a valid life path. Do what is best for you ❤️

My take is that certain people are intimidated by prepared and capable women. Men are constantly PRAISED for this kind of leadership and attention to detail. If you’re embarrassed or intimidated by strong women, that’s a YOU problem regardless of your gender identity.
