Since my first visit to the Mayo Clinic when interviewing for the Mayo Clinic Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences in 1999 till 20 years later becoming a staff member and Professor in Mayo Clinic Gastroenterology & Hepatology in 2019, this place remains in my blood.
