Joe Biden was declared the winner of the US presidential election today, having won the vote of Pennsylvania giving him 273 electoral college votes. He will also win Nevada (6 votes), Georgia (16 votes) and Arizona (11 votes), for a decisive 306 votes to Trump's 232 votes.
