It's already been a journey just to get to this point and we are so excited to finally be tearing this sign down. We can't wait to see the transformation and start pouring beers next summer!

The first step in converting an old auto body shop into a brewery is getting rid of 80 years of auto related contaminants out of the ground. It's going to get uglier before it gets pretty.

One of the most exciting parts of the demo has been to see the opening up of the loft area. What before felt like two separate buildings mashed together is starting to feel like one!

Construction and building pics are fun, but what about the beer?! Since we've already shown off our unofficial mascot, King Lupu, here's the beer that goes with him. "King Lupu's Happy Juice" is a 7.2% IPA where we coax as much tropical goodness out of the hops as we can.
