Biomni is pretty good. Asked to find potential new targets for radioactive iodine resistant #thyroid cancer. These are not exactly novel, but pretty good research! #MedResearch #EndoTwitter #ThyroidCancer #ThyCa

I got Biomni to "drop acid"! Molecular docking of LSD CCN(CC)C(=O)[C@H]1CN([C@@H]2CC3=CNC4=CC=CC(=C34)C2=C1)C with 5-HT2A (PDB: 6A93): Affinity:-7.3 kcal/mol Est Ki: 4451.6 nM (less potent than expected) Possibly bad batch, receptor flap dynamics or ...? #CompChem #DrugDiscovery

I'm thoroughly enjoying challenging Biomni with open-ended multi-step analyses to see what type of plan it prepares, how well it can execute that plan, and how the plan is revised as various steps succeed and fail. I haven't tested it enough yet to comment on overall accuracy.
