Five academics from ESSA Eaux et Forêts, CNFTF, and IST-T participated in a secondment program at TROPICAL WOOD Ivato, as part of the #hepssa ForesTIA / ESSA-Forêts project to deepen their knowledge of #CNC machining and to enhance the CAD/CAM and wood machining curriculum. From May 13 to 16, 2024, engineering students from the ESSA Eaux et Forêts undertook a field internship in Fianarantsoa, hosted by our industrial partner Les Scieries du Betsileo. This internship, aimed to enhance the students' understanding of artificial forests sustainable management.
