Two books but a lot of firsts: 1st day of 1st EVER open source resource sharing service (Project ReShare); 1st Cairn filled request; Cairn's 1st as new EZ-Borrow member; and, 1st of our many summer projects completed. More info on this service coming soon. #cairnlibrary #cairnu

Yesterday: Library patron Dickinson College requested a book from Drexel Libraries; Today: Book delivered via PALCI's EZBorrow service using Project ReShare software. 1 day turnaround. Now that's service! Congrats to Drexel & Dickinson ILL staff for being so amazing at what they do.

Kacey Feduke of Dickinson College receives the first book for a patron less than 30 hrs after going live with ReShare! Think of this tweet as the dollar bill taped to the wall. Or maybe you can tape the pull slip to your wall when it comes back, Dickinson College?

Three new members have joined the Project ReShare Steering Committee! Welcome to Kristen Calvert of Western Carolina Univ. Libraries, Pamela Jones of CNY (ConnectNY), Inc. and Zheng Ye (Lan) Wang of Texas A&M Libraries. projectreshare.org/2021/11/30/thr…

As he prepares to step down from his roles in the project, Kurt Munson reflects on what excites him about the future of Project ReShare: "More than anything else it’s the creativity of the community as it pushes the boundaries." projectreshare.org/2023/04/14/kur…
