🚨WeLaR Final Conference is LIVE in Brussels! Francesco Vona (Università degli Studi di Milano) starts with a keynote, "The Green and Dark Side of Occupations, Tasks and Skills". He looks into ways of measuring how the green transition impacts the labour market.

At Session 2 of the WeLaR conference, chaired by Ilda Durri (OSE), Elisabeth Felbermair (AK Österreich) discusses training immigrants, Ursula Holtgrewe (ZSI) explores social innovations, and Angela Ulrich (IAB) addresses career guidance and upskilling.

WeLaR conference Session 1 kicks off with Ilse Tobback of HIVA - KU Leuven as chair! Piotr Lewandowski (IBS Warsaw) presents on exposure to AI, Sabrina Genz (Utrecht University) follows on collective bargaining, Tommaso Ciarli (United Nations University - MERIT) on tech adoption seen in job postings.

At the #WeLaR conference session on remote work: 🔹Jarne Heylen (KU Leuven) highlights the rising psychosocial risks associated with it, particularly for women & mid-career workers 🔹Ilse Tobback (HIVA - KU Leuven) shows young workers value flexibility & in-person interactions
