Thank you PLCC & @ledcmetro for inviting me to speak about the Purple Line w/ attendees of the Small Business Anti-Displacement Network conference. The Purple Line is an important & needed project, but we have to work together to ensure it doesn’t displace current residents & businesses.

Last Friday, one of the SBAN Conference mobile workshops hosted by PLCC visited four PLCC-designated “equity areas,” where several Black, Latino, and immigrant-owned businesses are adapting to physical changes & market shifts from the Purple Line - check out highlights:
