Thrilled to see our paper on bioRxiv! Repurposing 10x Genomics #Visium platform to get spatially resolved chromatin accessibility data. Awesome work by Patrik Ståhl lab with Jonas Frisén and the brand new lab of Enric Llorens. #preprint #postdoclife biorxiv.org/content/10.110…

Excited to share our new preprint👉biorxiv.org/cgi/content/sh…!! Tens of thousands of T/B cell receptors are visualized on human tissues for spatial clone and evolution profiling. Amazing teamwork with Camilla Engblom Kim Thrane @Jeff_Mold Jonas Frisén Joakim Lundeberg and co-authors!

Thrilled that our Spatial ATAC manuscript is now out Nature Biotechnology Open: nature.com/articles/s4158… We repurposed the #Visium platform 10x Genomics to capture and profile open chromatin with spatial resolution in tissue sections from mouse and human.

Single Particle Profiler (SPP) is out in Nature Biotechnology .. We developed a new method to study nano-sized bioparticles. Details 👇 nature.com/articles/s4158…

Personal update that has been in the making for a while now: I'm thrilled to start my own group at the Department of Medical Biochemistry and Biophysics Karolinska Institutet from today 🎉! Thanks to all who have supported me in this exciting step🙏

I’m hiring ! Are you a computational scientist looking for a postdoc position? Come join us at Karolinska Institutet to dive into fun projects on alternative splicing and a super nice collaboration with Jens Hjerling Leffler ⭐️⭐️🇺🇦⬜️🟥⬜️ lab ki.varbi.com/en/what:job/jo… please RT!

Thrilled to see this paper out!! Exciting project with wonderful people, couldn't be more enjoyable during my PhD journey. Thanks Camilla Engblom Kim Thrane @Jeff_Mold Jonas Frisén Joakim Lundeberg for the amazing STAR team and co-workers for the great contribution!

In Science Magazine, Camilla Engblom, Kim Thrane, Qirong Lin, Joakim Lundeberg, Jonas Frisén, @Jeff_Mold, & al. develop Spatial VDJ to spatially annotate full-length #immunoglobulin & #TCR transcripts in frozen human #TissueSections! bit.ly/Sci_adf8486

A brief summary of Spatial VDJ is available in Nature Reviews Immunology! Thanks to all the co-authors Camilla Engblom and Kim Thrane. What a STAR team to work with! 😄 👇👇👇 nature.com/articles/s4157…

Location, location, location goes clonal, immune system style! Check out our short article, highlighting our Spatial VDJ method mapping B and T cell receptors, with the fabulous Qirong Lin and Kim Thrane nature.com/articles/s4157… Open access here: rdcu.be/dPkwO
