This little bee was looking almost dead when I found it. After a drink of sugar water she/he was back to its old self. Interestingly it stayed and rested on my T-shirt whilst I carried on gardening, flying off but coming back several times. New friends 🐝

Quick update for you all on the looming Cambridge water shortage crisis. Turns out govt setup a Cambridge Water Scarcity Group in March 2024 and guess what exactly they've achieved in the last 16 months? Yep nothing. Cambridge City Council however have come up with another totally genius

Always the same with councils and such. Imagine private companies working like this? Oh they do, water companies. But they just get money or they will cut you off. They illegally provide a service that they do not provide. WORST THAN RUSSIA & NORTH KOREA.

Qunech.es The whole system needs to change, right from the underlying driver (the money), to actually prevent these outcomes. Sustainable money equals sustainable rivers/ecosystems
