Track & Field is so weird lol. No other sport do the coaches also have to work the event lol. I never see a high school basketball coach working the scoreboard during their own game, or the head football coach working the chains each week.

Show me a more accessible sport! This is so great.

Every runner knows the opposite truth: The fitter you are, the more you question why going up stairs is so hard, when you are in peak mile or 5k shape. A truism among runners I know: the fitter you are the more the stairs hurt, the more you avoid them.

Coach SWERV M.Ed. R.A.A Get rid of Area meet. Top 3 from District to regionals and then top 3 from each region with the next 4 fastest times advance to State for prelims & finals. Every other sport now has double the amount of state champs and participants with D1 & D2 divisions.
