Three CH-146 Griffon helicopters from #430Sqn are in Whitehorse, YK this week to provide air support on #OpNANOOK TAKUNIQ. Their first sortie on March 10 was to recce the approved landing zones for mountain flying training, which is planned for this week.

The #RCAF’s 429 Squadron successfully completed #OpBOXTOP, delivering nearly 2 million litres of fuel to CFS Alert with the support of 63 #CAF members, Greenland Danish contractors, and 12 @RAF members, proving our ability to operate effectively in the #Arctic.

The Advanced Tactical Aviation Course (ATAC) wrapped up at CFB Cold Lake (Apr 11–May 16). ATAC preps Royal Canadian Air Force & Canadian Army leaders for missions involving aviation support to land forces. This year’s course brought together #CAF personnel and allies from the UK and the US.
