As we wrap up the school year, I wanted to share some numbers from our football players at Rock Canyon HS from Jan until now, 75 workouts: -Squat maxes have gone from an average of 261 to 346 (85 per player) -Bench maxes have gone from an average of 181 to 211 (29 per player)
