Plague diaries #114 by @Laura_L_Da. One key obligation as a settler in Canada=immersing myself in indigenous futures (Drew Hayden Taylor, Nick Estes, Jesse Wente & Douglas Sanderson+++). The reading made it clear to me that I needed to listen to the land. This lovely poem is a start.

A bit of brilliance. It's true for environmental & social progress, lgbtq2s+ rights, essentially all projects of inclusion. It's a framing that makes you recognise the history, which (may?) force the question as to whom we continue to marginalise & why? Thanks, Dr. Alice Evans

Plague diary, #115, a day late. This poem, by @adalimon broke me when it was published in the NYT mag (thanks, Victoria Chang for what you do). It was cut out and hidden away in #1's drawer, & I hope it gives her the comfort it gives me. Who knew that comfort could hurt?

Ever so accurate. "Every winter, fresh snow reveals how much weāve over-designed our streets & roads for cars, making them faster & more dangerous, & how much space we could reclaim for people & public life" via Urban Cycling Institute š² īØ

Hey Kia Canada the #ev9 #kiaev9 waiting room system is....so broken. Customer service is closed for the day. Some communications and support would be great?!
