Here at the NRC we have 2 teams: 1. Inpatient unit (Level 2b Neuro Rehab) 2. CNCMT (Community Neurological Conditions Management Team) covering the borough of Barnet We are all 1 team and there is a lot of overlap. We are hearing separate service updates from both team leads

We are lucky to have a fantastic Vocational Rehab service run by Carina Knight & Sarah Evans. It includes both a Neuro service & a Long Covid service, both help to assess & support pts return to work, maintain working or access new work. #AnnualReviewDay

Now talking about Care Opinion. We have: - 204 ‘stories’ (ie. Feedback) - Read over 10,000 times this year by the public - 13 stories have resulting in changes - 75% of service users find our responses helpful & informative - We are rated 56th out of 589 services nationally
