It’s #wokkawednesday and I’m super excited to be speaking with RAF Air Cadets today about my route into and experiences of a career in aviation. I love my job as a Royal Air Force Engineer, so I always love talking about it. I’d really appreciate if people could RT to spread the word!

I'm delighted to say we have achieved 40 gliders in the Forward Available Fleet (usable aircraft out of 52), which is up from 14 (from 48!) when I took Command in 2019. Many thanks to Serco/CAMO/DT/DO for this collective success. Aiming for 45-47 in the FAF by end of the year.
