Get well soon Tom Hawley! Hopefully, we can collaborate on more RIAS Berlin stuff in the future when you get better.
“We have learned our lesson with #covid here in #NewYorkCity”, sagt Journalist Adam Reiss. Fast 35.000 Tote starben bisher und deshalb stehen immer noch viele der Büros in Manhattan leer. Im Newsroom von NBC News sind auch heute nur zwei Leute in Person anwesend. RIAS Berlin

Always wonderful to host the RIAS Berlin family at our DW Deutsche Welle bureau in Washington D.C. Thank you all for the inspiring discussion about the United States, the future of freedom of speech and the meaning of independent journalism around the globe.
Thanks michael gargiulo for welcoming me in Berlin. It was so nice meeting you. And thanks to the RIAS Berlin Commission for the honor.
I’m now wrapping up my few days in Berlin and want to thank my host Erik Kirschbaum and the RIAS Berlin Commission for welcoming me and honoring my CNN documentary “Never Again.” And to quote Arnold Arnold - “I’ll be back.”
During my stay in Berlin, it was really nice spending some time with young German journalists. I told them I hope they wind up like me and get up every morning and enjoy reporting the news. Thanks RIAS Berlin
congratulations to my great friend Martin Richter for being RIAS Berlin Alumnus of the Year ... Got my plaque from the year before ... now we're ready to go on tour !
