The ground is officially broken at Broad Street Homes!

We broke ground on Broad St Homes! 🏠 This project will bring 44 new affordable apartments to the heart of Central Falls. Thank you to One Neighborhood Builders, RIHousing, RI Infrastructure Bank, Webster Bank, our congressional delegation and all who made this project possible!

We are so thrilled to have broken ground on our first ever development in the city of Central Falls! This project will bring 46 much-needed affordable housing units to the community. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped make this milestone possible!

Earlier today I helped celebrate the groundbreaking of Broad Street Homes, a shining example of what happens when municipal leadership embraces much-needed development. We're making progress in addressing RI's housing shortage, and it's the result of collaboration like this.

Was proud to be a part of an incredible groundbreaking to kick off the construction for a much needed project in our state— 35 units of permanent supportive housing for formerly homeless Rhode Islanders in need of safe, stable housing. Congratulations to all!
