RISP recently hosted our second Physical Fitness Training Session. Participants had the opportunity to work alongside Training Academy staff, assess their fitness levels, and learn proper techniques for sit-ups, push-ups, the 300-meter run, and the 1.5-mile run. #AlwaysThere
