Today we said a very fond farewell to Raj Jethwa who had his very last Spirit Board meeting this afternoon. In (errrr) time-honoured fashion here we all our on Zoom! On behalf of Jane Gibson OBE et al, thanks for everything you've done Raj, and good luck in your future projects!🙏

Yesterday the #PSPRB visited HMP&YOI Brinsford as part of its 2022 England and Wales visit programme. Thank you to the Governor for hosting our visit and to all the support grades, prison officers and operational managers that spoke to us.

The #PSPRB would like to thank the Northern Ireland Justice Minister, Naomi Long MLA , and NI Prison Service officials, led by its Director General, Ronnie Armour, for taking part in oral evidence with us yesterday.

#SSRB would like to thank all the members of the senior military and the OF5s and OF6s it met at British Army 🇬🇧 Headquarters in Andover last month.

Fantastic celebration of a decade of achievement by Spirit of 2012 rounded up by CEO Ruth Hollis. An incredible demonstration of the power of long term endowments to deliver change, evaluate and learn from impact, and leave a lasting legacy.

Happy 10th Spirit of 2012 - those Games seem so far away but the impact & legacy has continued. This is why all large scale events - sport & otherwise - should embed legacy planning into their bids to host. Think of the power of events as a catalyst to wider positive change..

What a joy to be back to celebrate 10 years of Spirit of 2012. Amazing to reflect on the impact this work has had across the UK, but also on the profound impact this approach to funding has had on my career, and general outlook on life. Proud to have been a part of it for 4 years!
