What a moment for Galvin, all the pressure in the world on him coming into this week wearing that 7 jersey at Canterbury. The moment came and not only did he want the ball in his hands, he ices the moment perfectly to win the game. A special moment in his career.

The Dragons have have won 6 games and lost 11 in 2025. Of those 11 losses, 8 of them have been by sub 8 points. On 5 occasions they’ve lost by 4 points or less. They’ve only been defeated 13+ twice this season, only the Raiders and the Storm have less 13+ losses in 2025.

Exciting day for Dragons fans with Jacob Halangahu making his debut. A guy you can build a pack around heading into the future, wouldn’t shock me if he’s the skipper of the Red V one day. Strong, aggressive and confident. Really good head on his shoulders as well. Big CBA 👀

Fuck that was special from Harry Grant. It’s his ruck recognition that separates him from the other hookers in the NRL at the moment and nearly all of the 9’s that have come before him. The play of Harry Grant’s career so far.

Crazy to think that in 3 weeks time at the SFS we’ll have two of the top 4 try scorers of all time playing against each other and hopefully one of them breaks the all time record that night. Cinematic stuff. Two super athletes and two of the best blokes in the NRL.

In a hot field of the most improved players of 2025, Tallis Duncan has to be right up there. He’s been the shining light of the season for the Bunnies. He’s been enormous on both sides of the ball for the last 12 odd weeks. Another Wayne special.

Ashton Ward has a lot of early days Luke Keary about him. Has done a couple of really subtle things over the last few weeks that have been classy, but he’s put it all together tonight. A nightmare season is going to provide so much quality depth for the Bunnies in the future.

What is your ideal Grand Final matchup for season 2025? Take out your bias, pick the best matchup we could have on Grand Final and tell me why in the comments. I think at this point it would be Raiders v Panthers for me. The two teams with the most history to make imo.

Really gonna miss Foran. Consistently too tough for his own good, so much respect. Foz changed the way that ball players went about their work in the 2010’s, playing straighter and digging in deeper than anyone at the time. It’s a basic requirement for modern halves now.

Foxx just scored the 159th try of his career, he’s 30 years old and seemingly not slowing down. This is the 9th season in a row that he’s scored 10+ tries in. He’s scored 19 in 2025. Could we see the La Perouse Panthers produce the two top try scorers in NRL history?

Enormous game from Pezet, best game of first grade I’ve seen from him. Very mature performance. Storm will want better in 2 weeks time as a whole. Dogs fans should be so proud, fuck they showed a lot of ticker tonight. Fill that stadium next week Dogs fans, your boys need ya.

Toby Rudolph’s impact on this season for the Sharkies has been immense for a middle. He’s come up with two match winning plays this season, the first against the Dolphins in Round 19 and in the biggest moment of their season he scores the match winner, a pure front rowers try.

Call me a prisoner of the moment but was that the greatest game of footy ever? Where does that game rank for you? At minimum it’s on the podium for me. I need a nap.

So……. Anyone gonna beat Penrith? They’re the favourites for me now. They’ve won Grand Finals at both Suncorp and Accor obviously. I don’t think the path scares them at all. What do you think?

Take a bow Brisbane, the dynasty is officially over. The coaching resume of Madge gets better and better. Walsh coming up with the play to break it open when it mattered the most. Incredible moment for Adam Reynolds from the sideline. Their D on the try line won that for them.

Who would be your pick to play fullback for Samoa? If RTS is the fullback it allows you to have To’o and Taulagi on the wings and a combo of Tago and Taylan May in the centres. If you pick Blaize, it allows you to have both him and CHT in the spine with Luai.

Very strong squad for Tonga, only problem is they lack a genuine 6 to partner Katoa. No Latu, Lolohea or Staggs means they’ll have to get creative. I think Iongi or Hopoate will partner Katoa and the other will play fullback. Koula the wildcard maybe? Who would be your 6?

What are your thoughts on the Bulldogs new emblem? I’m a bit 50/50 on it if I’m honest, but I think we naturally get a bit negative with this sort of stuff as a knee-jerk reaction.
