Our learner, Sarah, has been focusing on person centred care for the past couple of days and how she can use it in practice across her placement areas, and making a fab spotlight on board in the process! π₯ Andrea Powers π Lucy Harmer kelly thompson T&G Spotlight @CTPMatt

Ready to kick off #RCMconf24 2 days of learning, networking and collaborating. Letβs go! Royal College of Midwives π

Fabulous first day in Liverpool for the annual Royal College of Midwives π conference, sharing ideas and catching up with old colleagues π

Bonus of an RCM conference: remembering how small the midwifery community is! I met Rachel Drain and Becky when I was a terrified first year fresh out into placement, and 10 years later we are having a catch up in the sunshine. I'm very lucky that our paths keep crossing π
