Very happy to attend our ā¦Westminster City Councilā© event promoting our new policy of raising the threshold of when residents have to pay for Adult Social Care. From this year, 315 more service users will no longer pay for ASC and 147 will pay less.



Last night, I hosted my first Cities of London & Westminster Small Business Forum. It was great to be joined by the brilliant Howard Dawber. We had a lively discussion on the challenges and opportunities facing our local businesses. Thank you to everyone who joined!

Iām thrilled to have joined Rosie Wrighting MP in supporting the Epilepsy Society this week at their exhibition in Parliament, It was a great opportunity to learn how to assist someone having a seizure and to hear personal stories from those living with the condition.


Co-operative Growth means breaking down the barriers that hold mutuals back. At the Treasury Select Committee, Rachel Blake asked what more can be done to support reforms to the Building Societies Act, to level the playing field and unlock affordable finance.

It was a pleasure to visit St Gabriel's Primary to see their amazing Magic Breakfast Club in action. No child should start school hungry. With Magic Breakfast and free government breakfast clubs, weāre helping ensure every child starts the day with the food and energy to thrive.





Trust in national politics is broken. But pride in community is strong, and people want more say over what happens where they live. Our new report with HOPE not hate makes the case: If we want to change how people feel about politics, we have to start where hope still exists.
