Whilst neurodivergent conditions all meet the UN definition of disability, many neurodivergent people don't see themselves as disabled. On the other hand, many do. The adjustments that we benefit from are often helpful for everyone.

Typically neurodivergent, our Autistic, ADHDer Tweeto arrives a day late for the UN International Day of Persons with Disabilities. Not a dyslexia friendly title! Good to see our various ships recognising the day though. Thanks all.

Clear instruction of exactly what you want to achieve is so important. Never more so than in a world where we are learning more about neurodistinct skills.

It’s a little bit early but we just couldn’t wait. As part of neurodiversity celebration week we’re renaming to be Royal Navy Infinite. We’re still the same network but with an easier to say and remember name.

The Royal Navy “Person of the Year” Award recognises the most outstanding contribution from any person within the RN. The winner is Cdr Gordon Jones. #RNInclusivity2023

A brilliant evening of celebrating inclusivity in the Royal Navy. So inspiring to hear all of the amazing things that people are doing to work towards an inclusive Service.

The ability for #carers to actually be recognised in terms of appropriate leave is really important. It’ll be really interesting to see how this translates into actual support to carers.
