⚾️ RPI Athletics wrapped up its four-game series against Skidmore with a sweep in today’s doubleheader.

Palmiero Ks two more in the 4th for a total of six in the game. Engineers will send up the top of the order - Hawkins, Sawyer and Meister in the 5th, tied 1-1.

Engineers load the bases in the 5th, but Lawrence bounces into a fielder's choice. Still 1-1 in the bottom half.

Zecha enters in the bottom of the 7th with a 2-1 lead. One out and the the tying run at second.

A Jason Schulz RBI-single up the middle ties the game at 2-2 in the 7th. RPI will send up Lawrence, Spagnuola and Livesey in the top of the 8th.

Spagnuola advances to second after ripping his third hit of the day, but he's left there as we go to the bottom of the 8th, 2-2.

Tigers go down in order in the 8th, which sends us to the top of the 9th, tied 2-2. Scheduled hitters are Hawkins, Sawyer and Meister to face RIT's Brett Bouchard.

Meister strikes out and Sawyer, who singled, was called out on batter's interference after stealing second. Bottom of the 9th coming up, 2-2.

After a leadoff walk to Scialabba, Pacifico comes in to face Waterman.
