SABCS24 - EUROPA Trial. Sig improved QOL at 2y with RT (1-3 week WBI or PBI) compared to ET. Fewer treatment related events associated with RT. No recurrences in either arm.

SABCS24-Dr. Wright, Analysis of Tam on pts treated with Lump alone on E5914 and RTOG 9804. Recurrence nearly halved (HR 0.52) with Tam for good risk DCIS.

SABCS24-SUPREMO Trial, 10y results, +/- PMRT for T1-2N1, T3N0, or T2N0 if LVI or G3. Needed 8+ LNs removed. OS not improved, sig less LF (2.5% v 1.1%) with PMRT, But very low. Does this help s/p SLNbx for N+?

SABCS24-INSEMA Trial. Rand +/- SLNBx for cT1-2N0 all ax U/S, lump/RT to breast only. N=5502. No diff in invDFS or OS. Very low LRF. Together with SOUND trial, appropriate to omit SLNBx for cT1N0 HR+ age >50

Response-adapted 4 Gy ▶️ 20-24 Gy in potentially curable iNHL. 281 pts, only 6% addn'l RT. 5-yr local progression 15%, 5-yr distant PD 22%. Randomized trial forthcoming. We have been doing this at CU Lymphoma Program (with Rachel Rabinovitch & Sarah Milgrom, MD) with success. #lymsm #18ICML
