Leaving the classroom after 15 years was tough. I worried my students wouldn’t feel how much I care as a principal. But these sweet notes for my 2nd #PrincipalsDay reminded me: when you lead w/ ❤️ & show up as your authentic self, kids know. And when they feel seen, they thrive.
