A1. The biggest challenge my office has faced this year is the constant rescheduling of events and communicating those out. Along with rescheduling the constant tracing of of students for COVID 19. #ipachat

A2. Creating a way in which coaches can submit tracing for students and being able to monitor it at all times. #ipachat
