R/V Atlantis Day 40: Wondering where did 39 days go, enjoying my morning coffee view, packing, dealing with logistics, and admiring one more spectacular sunset.

R/V Atlantis Day 41: Last steaming day. Firefighting training using our gear boxes to create an obstacle course. Members of the crew, blindfolded and fully equipped are following the hose. Smooth, bump, bump to go to the pump. Pretty intense experience to watch.

R/V Atlantis Day 42: Stepping back on land after more than 40 days, sharing drinks and laughs with the crew and the science party, realizing the mistakes. Return to reality is not easy.
