đșđł @UNICEFChief and Ziroat Mirziyoyeva, Chairperson of Zamin Foundationâs Board of Trustees, visited the International Inclusive Hub đșđż under Ijtimoiy himoya milliy agentligi, meeting with students and exploring youth-led initiatives supported through the #UPSHIFT programme.

A warm start to the week alongside Catherine Russell, meeting the dedicated UNICEF Uzbekistan team in Tashkent. Grateful for their commitment to protecting children's rights.

Excellent meeting with đșđż's Shavkat Mirziyoyev's Press-service Shavkat Mirziyoyev alongside Catherine Russell. We welcomed Uzbekistanâs progress in advancing childrenâs rights, from legislation that strengthens social protection to sustained investments in early education and health. A valued partnership

Grateful to First Lady Ziroat Mirziyoyeva for her leadership and commitment to driving

At Uzbekistanâs International Inclusive Hub, young people are driving change for a more inclusive society. With Catherine Russell and Ziroat Mirziyoyeva, Chairperson of Zamin Foundation's Board of Trustees, we saw the power of youth-led initiatives through #UPSHIFT. I commend her

Pleased to visit an Inson Centre with Catherine Russell and see how Uzbekistan is expanding access to integrated social services and benefits. This walk-in model helps ensure that even the most vulnerable families receive the support they need â a promising step toward inclusive

At the Children and Youth Glaciers Preservation Forum, Catherine Russell and I had the privilege of meeting youth climate advocates and hearing their ideas for driving climate action and protecting their communities from the impacts of melting glaciers.

Pleased to join Catherine Russell, Tajikistan's Deputy Prime Minister and Ministers for the opening of the Early Childhood Intervention Centre. This is an essential step toward strengthening inclusive early childhood services in the country.

Great to see UNICEF Tajikistan's exhibition at the Glacier Conference, where children shared how they see the climate crisis through AI-generated images. Their reflections reveal both fear and hope and remind us that young people must be at the heart of climate action.

A pleasure to meet Hon. è€äșăČăăăïŒă”ăăăČăăăïŒ, Japanâs State Minister for Foreign Affairs at the international glaciersâ preservation conference today.  UNICEF is grateful for the strong partnership with Japan and our shared commitment in advancing the rights of children everywhere.
