We need to get rid of using the word 'benign' to describe #endometriosis It has significant impact on the quality of life of patients and #benign undermines the battle our patients go through to get a diagnosis for a #ChronicPain condition with no cure

Honestly was so surreal to find out that I was awarded a Marsden grant to carry out research on #endometriosis It has been a pretty insane week. So excited to get this work off the ground!

Having a great time so far at #SRI2024 Always a great conference that encourages trans-disciplinary work and sparks great ideas.

The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Forum is my favourite part of conferences. They are always so insightful and #SRI2024 is no different. Always eye opening and forces you to examine whether the approach you are using is actually beneficial for creating a movement vs a moment.
