I’m delighted to be coaching an early morning boxing session on the beach in Monaco as part of #womenmeanbusiness at the IMpower Incorporating FundForum this June. Can’t wait to show delegates how boxing can be used to release stress and focus the mind.

A great weekend at the Capital Cup. Unfortunately due to injury and a lack of opponents we only had two boxers compete. They didn’t leave with gold but put on great performances and did the club proud.

Last weekend we transformed the gym into a kitchen so our boxers could learn about making food to fuel their training on a budget. Many thanks to Health Coach Kitchen and Camden Giving for making this possible. hawleyabc England Boxing

hawleyabc, a non-profit dedicated to giving back to Camden, received support from the #WeMakeCamdenKit fund and a Growth Grant. Partnering with Health Coach Kitchen, they taught junior boxers how to fuel their training on a budget! 🥊💪

Last week we coached over 200 school children from City of London schools in West Ham Park for the #CitySchoolsHealthChallenge It was great day introducing so many young people to boxing 🥊
