One thing that jumped out at me about Cleveland’s latest budget proposal: There will be quite a few code enforcement vacancies to fill. That will be a key pressure point as the city tries to enforce its new(ish) Residents First legislation.

Cleveland City Council members could now face discipline for violating council's workplace policies. Council President Blaine Griffin circulated an updated set of policies among members and staff. Members must take annual anti-harassment training or risk losing ward dollars.
