Chilling & so depressing to see this take place at our university. How are we supposed to take the new social safety campaign seriously when this is the response to brave students and staff asking for concrete change at the institution?

To all colleagues at University of Groningen and beyond, on the day that Susanne Täuber is officially fired, watch these recordings. This is how the board decided to end a peaceful demonstration. A staff member who posed to risk whatsoever got beaten with a baton outside (!) the building!
