Well, this is just LOVELY! So much background work goes into these partnerships so it is great to be recognised. None of it would be possible without teachers, arts organisations and community leaders who care and collaborators who have inspired me across a number of projects.

We were able to share our Acting On Climate University of Warwick research - which explores how drama, games and play can help us navigate complex issues relating to climate change and workshop some of our approaches with teachers and educators.

Last week, we hosted Y7s from The Westwood Academy to explore the knife crime through participatory drama. Led by the brilliant The Play House we learnt about how decisions made in a ‘split second’ can change lives forever. Warwick Education Studies Widening Participation at Warwick

We all know that youth theatre changes lives. But no-one knows how big youth theatre is, how many young people participate in it, or what it needs. Until now. The 2024 Youth Theatre Census is live until 17 July. Get your group on the map at bit.ly/YTCensus

Agreed, truth shouldn’t be suppressed. Which is why it’s best not to dump it in a landfill site, pour over it a slurry of half-truths, misinformation, insults, blatant lies, random speculation and conspiracy, and then above that stinking mess type the word ‘True.’
