I know how hard the decision to strike is for Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) members. They will go without pay to protest at the paltry offer, less than half of the rate of inflation, & to protest at the impact on workforce retention this is having & therefore the impact on the quality of patient care

This is definitely worth a listen/watch! The CSP has been working hard on behalf of members about rehab space, rehab in general & the workforce & all 3 get spoken about in the HoL with firm action in England as an outcome!

When we hire from the outside, we pay more to get less. Despite costing more, external hires perform worse and quit more. Promoting from within fuels individual growth and collective success. If there are never strong internal candidates, we've failed at leadership development.

I still wish for the complete admission avoidance package! Yes I want utopia but we need proper access to community services who have the ability to respond within hours not weeks or days! Front door teams are only as good as the services they can access!

Great that Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) has been shortlisted for an award. How effective was the campaign? What % of rehab spaces have been restored as a result of the campaign? Has the UK government actually written to all NHS trusts to urge them to ensure restoration of rehab spaces? #RightToRehab
