The final Environmental Stewardship Award winner is the Great Raleigh Cleanup. Raleigh Cleanup has been an environmental powerhouse since 2020. It helped install the Trash Trout and periodically cleans it out. The group has removed 92,000+ pounds of litter across the city!

Our Community Action Award for individual action goes to Gus Vandermeeren. Gus participates in Raleigh Cleanup events, Adopt a Highway, and Adopt a Park Programs. He’s the GOAT of litter cleanup!
